Lease

Yes. Residents must obtain and maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage during the term of their lease. If the resident has an pet, their policy must cover pets and animal bites. If the resident does not have renter’s insurance, they may contact ResidentShield, a leading insurance company that offers high quality, low cost insurance protection to residents of our community. More detailed information about ResidentShield can be found at www.residentshield.com or by calling a licensed agent at (800) 566-1186.

Residents also have the option to get coverage through a different third party provider. If a resident elects to obtain coverage from another insurance carrier, they will be required to provide the declarations page for their policy, including the name of their insurance company, the policy number, the effective and expiration dates of the policy and ensure that our property and information below is listed as an Additional Interested Party on the policy:

If we do not receive an updated Renter's Insurance Policy, the resident will be enrolled in our Master Insurance Policy and will have a recurring monthly lease charge to cover the home only. This policy does not insure your personal property within the home.

Our shortest lease terms start at 6 months.

Our lease terms range from 6 - 15 months.

Pets

No, exotic pets are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, livestock, poisonous reptiles, amphibians or fish, snakes, birds of prey, insects, arachnids, and rodents (except for hamsters, guinea pigs or gerbils.)

We allow 2 pets per household.

Parking

Parking is complimentary at Dominion Post Oak. Reserved spots are available for a monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office for pricing and availability.

At Dominion Post Oak, all parking is within a controlled access, multi-story garage.

Guests must follow the instructions to register their vehicle at www.houstontexastowing.net. Please contact our office with any additional questions about vehicle registration.

Parking at Dominion Post Oak is available on a first come, first served basis. Reserved spots are available for a monthly fee.

At Dominion Post Oak, we allow up to 1 vehicle per leaseholder.

Motorcycles must be parked in the normal parking spaces within the garage. Motorcycles are not allowed on sidewalks, breezeways, patios, or inside apartments.

Visitor parking is located on the 6th floor of the parking garage.
